Mr. Richard K. Stephens, P.Eng.Mr. Stephens grew up in Nanaimo, British Columbia and went on to get a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering at the University of British Columbia. Two years after graduating from U.B.C., Richard received his designation as a Professional Engineer

Prior to owning his own firm Mr. Stephens was employed with Willis, Cunliffe & Tait/DeLCan, Consulting Engineers. He has more than 25 years experience in municipal and civil consulting engineering projects and he has managed his own engineering firm for more than 20 years.In addition to this, he also was the manager of construction for Upland Excavating for a period of five years.
Richard is a Professional Engineer, a member of the B.C. Water and Waste Association as well as a member of the American Water Works Association.
Mr. David N. Ludvigson, B.C.L.S., C.L.S.
Mr. Ludvigson grew up in Campbell River, British Columbia. He first attended the University of Victoria taking three years of the commerce program. Shortly after leaving the University of Victoria he went on to the British Columbia Institute Technology and received a Diploma in Surveying and Mapping Technology in 1993.
From 1993 to 1996 Mr. Ludvigson passed the academic requirements for Land Surveyors established by the Western Canadian Board of Examiners for Land Surveyors. During this period he was working as a legal survey technician for the survey firm of Hanson, Kenyon & Quarmby, B.C. Land Surveyors.
In 1997 after passing the professional examinations established by the Corporation of Land Surveyors of the Province of British Columbia, he was commissioned a B.C. Land Surveyor.
In 1999 David completed the academic requirements established by the Association of Canada Lands Surveyors and commissioned as a Canada Lands Surveyor.
